Chocolate Loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 egg
  
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1/4 cup sugar ( original recipe 1/2 cup)
  
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  
• 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Method:

• Put all ingredients into the bread machine according to your machine manual
• Select Sweet function, 2lb loaf with light crust
  
• Start the machine

- avoid the sugar!
